Throughout the whole process, from initial visit to completion the staff were extremely helpful with design advice, they were practical and took great care to follow our wishes for the character of the finished result. We are very, very pleased with the roof lanterns; they were installed on time and any inherent difficulties fitting a completely different design to an existing irregular sized opening were overcome by the application of the staff.
