Parsons Joinery has achieved the British Woodworking Federation’s (BWF) Code of Conduct. The Code, which is the benchmark for best practice in the woodworking industry, provides BWF members with a framework against which they are able to assess their business and identify those areas, from health and safety to human resources, which need to be improved.  Achieving it is a clear sign to customers that Parsons Joinery is committed to best practice in every area of its operations, including, of course, customer care.
The BWF’s Code of Conduct is increasingly being recognised as the mark of an organisation committed to the highest quality standards. Meeting the principles set out in the Code gives members that competitive edge, providing consumers, architects and contractors with a quality guarantee when they use a BWF member company for their joinery needs. And because all BWF members are required to achieve the standards set out in the Code, the Federation offers guidance and specialist advice to all non-compliant members towards achieving its rigorous requirements.
We think the Code of Conduct is a great achievement for us, and will wear this badge of quality with pride. In an increasingly competitive business environment, it represents our commitment to quality – a commitment which can make a crucial difference in winning business.
