Can I install new windows and doors in my listed property?

Do you install uPVC windows?
All our windows are made of timber, retaining the character charm of properties, and offering excellent thermal efficiency, sustainability and longevity. Learn more about why wood is a great option.
Where are your products made?
All products are made on site in our workshop, located in Ringmer, East Sussex. You’re very welcome to come and see your joinery being made!
What types of products do you make?
We make bespoke joinery, primarily casement windows, sash windows and doors. We also offer repairs to joinery.

What types of windows do you offer?
We offer bespoke timber sash and casement windows, made in our own workshop to your exact specifications. We can also repair existing windows.
What types of doors do you offer?
We primarily manufacture external doors, including front doors, French doors and entrance doors. All our doors are bespoke, made from high-quality timber in our workshop. If you need another type of door, please let us know, as we’ll be able to make it for you.
Will my products be guaranteed?

I need advice on my doors and windows, and I don’t know where to start! Can you help?
Yes, absolutely! Our team is made up of experienced joiners who can offer you all the help you need when getting started, and throughout your project. We can provide advice, support and inspiration where needed – we understand that replacing your doors and windows is a major decision to make. If you have any questions at all, please just ask.
Do you offer consultations before I decide if I’m going ahead?
Yes – all potential customers are entitled to a free, no-obligation consultation. We’ll come to your property to see your doors and/or windows in person.

This depends on a variety of factors. We’ll discuss lead times with you at your consultation when we have a better understanding of what you require.
Do you offer an installation service?
We do. We can install all the doors, windows and joinery that we make, ensuring the perfect fit. We’ll discuss this option with you at your consultation.
What are your payment terms?
Our invoice will be issued on the day of completion. We accept payment by cheque, direct bank transfer or credit card.
Will I get a quote for the work?
Yes – after your consultation, we’ll provide a full itemised quote for your work.
